Chet Ervin
President & CEO
Chet is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he was a punter/kicker for the Bearcats and holds the all-time school records for both career punts and punting yards. Chet has over a decade of experience in the sports management business, having his first NBA draft pick at the age of 25. He is a certified agent with the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) and also a licensed agent with the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).
Alex Glandorf, Esq.
Alex, a licensed attorney, earned a B.S.B.A. in International Business and Entrepreneurial Studies from Xavier University. He later attended law school where he specialized in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. Alex also spent time in Europe studying in Maastricht, the Netherlands and Sorrento, Italy. He has drafted, edited, and negotiated countless international contracts and has developed an extensive network around the world.
Alex Johnson
Alex graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Sports Marketing & Management. His vast experience in the sports industry began in the Front Offices of the Charlotte Hornets, where he worked alongside Michael Jordan, and then the New York Knicks. He later furthered his expertise while working with a European based basketball agency where he was responsible for the daily management of its NBA and International operations.
TJ Bannister
TJ played for the University of Virginia and Liberty University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. He had a prolific career throughout Europe and Asia where he was a league leader in points, assists, and steals. His experience and network have afforded him first-hand knowledge of the industry from a player’s perspective which he leverages to manage expectations and prepare Inception Sports clients for their transition into professional sports.
